Tubing production
In 2010, Polystart Sistems Climate has put in place the production of metal ducts for ventilation, both circular and rectangular. We also produce ventilation ducts of P3. So, our company can offer, from stock or on demand, ventilation ducts, fittings and accessories in a variety of sizes, very good quality and competitive prices.
The ventilation system proposed by our company meets existing performance requirements and differentiates from other systems by high tightness and high quality of the raw material.
The ducts diameter circular range is between 100 mm and 1250 mm, standard tube length is 1000 mm, 3000 mm and 6000 mm. Circular duct with spiral seaming is produced by SPIRO machines, company that invented this way of execution. Fittings are also made by SPIRO machines and are provided with rubber gaskets so that air leaks are minimal.
Circular ventilation ducts system benefits are:

Rectangular duct is still commonly used in ventilation systems. Fot standard execution we use galvanized sheets, type DX 51D+Z 275. On request, we can execute ventilation ducts of other materials like stainless steel, aluminum and plasticized steel.
Sheet thickness ranges from 0.5mm to 1.5mm, depending on pipe size and air pressure. Duct stiffening is achieved by performing a type Z cross ribs.
Rectangular channels are made of galvanized rolls on an automatic machine. Thus, sections of pipe are obtained from a single piece of metal, having a single groove angle. In this way it is given an increased duct tightness.
Rectangular tubing is used primarily to ventilation systems which require a reduced height of the duct routes.
